Returns for Defective Items

At Awesome Kiwi LTD, we take pride in the quality of our products, and we thoroughly inspect all items before they are shipped to you. If, however, you receive an item that is defective upon delivery, we are here to assist you.

Faulty Items

We will only accept returns of items if they were faulty when initially delivered to you. To ensure transparency, we conduct a meticulous examination of your purchase before dispatching it to you.

Inspection Process

Upon receiving items returned as faulty, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. Please note that items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

Initiating a Return

If you believe you have received a faulty item, we kindly request that you contact us as your initial step. Please do this before returning the item.

Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return of a faulty item, it must be received within 7 days from the date of your parcel's delivery.

Resolution

Once we have received the faulty item and confirmed the defect, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Sending you a replacement item.
  • Providing you with store credit.
  • Offering a refund equal to the item's value at the time of purchase.

Postage Charges

Please be aware that postage charges on returns are non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. This includes international customers who must cover all postage expenses for returns.
